Walke Family 2016

This July, we had the wonderfully fun opportunity to gather together as a family and stay on Pensacola Beach in one house. Though hectic at times, with what seemed like 1345875 children running around and screaming 20.5 hours of the day -- I can honestly say, this was an incredibly special trip. There is something very significant about this beach. It is the beach that my husband grew up going to with his family, and I noticed even on my very first trip to Florida, how personal it was to them. Somewhere comfortable and familiar. Somewhere that feels like home. I have been so lucky to be a part of the love surrounding this special place. These are some of the photographs that I was able to capture in-between my week long marathon of holding Atley.

Thank you, to my mother and father in-law for caring so deeply for all of us. They have set an example of pure love and generosity that I appreciate more than I can say. It is evident to anyone that knows them, that they love their family fiercely. Watching my little Hud adventuring and making memories with his cousins was the best gift of the trip.

I wasn't able to get a picture of everyone, so if I missed you, I'm sorry! I love you all my Walke family, I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. obviously they made me cry. (Sorry in advance Pat.)

Kortni Jean Swimwear

I've had the super fun opportunity to work with Kortni Niccoli, the creator and owner of Kortni Jean Swimwear. We did a bright and sunny shoot a few weeks ago that was so much fun I had to share some of the images!

I have found that the very best days spent, are spent with my family. Noticing things that are familiar and simple. Really looking and appreciating beauty that is all around me. A few snapshots from a late afternoon in my childhood neighborhood and home.
